Yes. It would be interesting to get an idea of how many load balanced severs are out there. Knowing if the load balance is done by software or hardware would be useful as well.
I'd say that's practically impossible to know or even estimate, even if we only consider the internet-facing webservers.
In my career and hobby I'd guess arround 15% of the internet's webservers are behind a loadbalancer. Less than 1% (probably > 0.01%) of the internet's websites (hostnames) are loadbalanced.
But YMMV.
